nak apply housing loan sebab nak beli ruma tempat saya menyewa skrg ni. Tetapi rekod dkt bank tak cantik dan rasanya dah masuk CCRIS rekod. Ada sesiapa tak bole bg cadangan atau pendapat bagaimana nak dpt kan housing loan? saya betul2 nak beli ruma tu sebab tuan ruma pun dah janji nak jualkan ruma tu untuk saya sahaja...so skrg ni tgh pening pikirkan dmana nak dapatkan housing loan. Satu lagi..skrg ni dah tak payah byr deposit kan jika nak beli ruma? dengar org kata boleh dpt 100% housing loan jika gaji 3k kebawah. Kalau dpt full loan bole la guna EPF untuk buat sikit renovation utk ruma baru tu...Pandangan & Pendapat anda smua amatla dihargai...TQ

clearkan sume CCRIS n dptkan letter or release dr bank yg bhutang tu..mmg nk beli umah, CCRIS tu penting..even MBSB pun da tgk CCRIS skrg...

Tapi ade je loan yg boleh lepas kalau kena blacklist contohnya Yayasan Perniagaan Melayu Perlis Berhad.

Contoh ada rekod CCRIS tapi nak buat loan bank tak lepas, mintak kat yyp ni. Mudah sikit, tapi dia ada scoring dia.

Proses nak beli rumah ni bukan senang... Lagi satu kalau bank tgk hutang bayar elok dia akan consider nak bagi loan.
